Warranty and return conditions
Quality guarantee
- We provide 12 months warranty on all products from the date of receipt
- The warranty covers the strength of the structure, the reliability of the connections and the preservation of the integrity of the material when following the operating rules
- Each product undergoes quality control before shipping or handing over to the customer
What is not covered by the warranty
- Natural changes in wood: cracks, changes in color or texture due to the natural aging process of the material
- Damage caused by improper storage, transportation, exposure to moisture, direct sunlight or mechanical shock
Terms of return and exchange
- Ready-made products from stock can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used and are in their original condition
- Custom orders (made to specific sizes or designs) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects
- In the event of a warranty case, we repair, replace the product or refund the money - in agreement with the customer
